Nikon F100

Power

The MS-12 is the standard battery holder for the F100. It takes four AA Alkaline or Lithium batteries. The F100 being my favorite camera, I bought two extra MS-12s as spares.

The MS-13 is also available, which takes two 3-volt Lithium batteries. Having other cameras and a light meter that also take CR-123 A 3-volt Lithium batteries, I bought one of these also. It's more convienent at times when traveling light and wanting to carry only one type of battery.

The MB-15 High-Speed Battery Pack, left below, for the F100 provides another battery option, as well as more features. It is a larger and more comfortable grip for those with large hands. It has a verticle shutter release. And, it increases the fiilm advancement rate to five frames per second.

It comes with the MS-15 battery holder above, which takes six AA Alkaline or Lithium batteries. It will also take the MN-15 NiMH battery pictured at left above.

Both the MH-15 (above left) charger and the MH-17 (above right) 12-volt automobile charger will charge the MN-15 NiMH battery. If one already has an MH-19 battery charger for EN-EL3 batteries, you can use the MH-19 Battery Charger to charge the MN-15 battery by way of the MC-E1 cord.
